How to withdrawal and return

You can return the purchased product within 14 working days from the delivery date.

A free return or replacement is accepted for each order placed; starting from the second return request referring to the same order, € 8.00 will be charged for shipping costs. For abroad, the expenses amount to € 20.00

Return rules:

  • Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, carefully folded, with all tags attached and intact.
  • Write an email to our Customer Service at customereservice@puntododici.com indicating the order number in the subject and specifying the reason for the withdrawal in the body of the email (although this does not constitute a legal condition of withdrawal) and a telephone number.
  • Wait for approval from our Customer Service with the instructions for labeling the package.
  • Prepare the package possibly using the same box in which the product arrived, on which you will have to apply the sender and recipient address in order to cover the information of the first shipment.
  • The reservation will be made directly by our Customer Service who will confirm it.
  • Confirm the shipment by clicking on “Confirm Shipping” on the return display screen.

We remind you that we can only refund products returned correctly. If the return does not meet the conditions listed above, ICE.GROUP SRL will have the right to refuse the return and in this case it will not be able to make the refund and the package will be returned to you at your expense.

A confirmation email will be sent when we accept the return.

Refund times and methods

At the latest within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, ICE.GROUP SRL will refund you the payments made for the purchase of the product (excluding shipping costs), using the same payment method you initially used ( subject to your consent, it can be used one of the different means of payment among those listed below, but in any case without costs resulting from the refund).

Discount Code: you can request a discount code to be used for a future purchase. To take advantage of the discount code you will need to place a new order, access the cart, enter the discount code and click on “Apply discount”.

We remind you that the value of the new order must be equal to or greater than the value of the discount code.

The “discount code” cannot be combined with other codes and can be used in a single solution.

Credit Card: we will refund, approximately, within 7 working days from when you receive our confirmation e-mail. The time required to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card.

PayPal: the refund will be visible within 24 hours from when you receive our confirmation e-mail.

Bank transfer: the refund will be made to the bank or post office account entered in the return form. Our bank generally makes refunds within 5 working days of our request and the refunded sum will be visible in a few days on your statement.
